Eddy covariance data of Alaska permafrost site in 2017

Turbulent fluxes of momentum, heat, water vapor, CO2 had been measured during summertime in 201 at Council, Alaska. Eddy covariance system, consisting of 3-D sonic anemometer, open-path CO2/H2O gas analyzer was used for the measurement. Data were recorded with CR3000 logger with sampling rate of 10 Hz.
