Archaeal and bacterial community analysis of marine sediments in the East Siberian Sea
To investigate the microbial communities of marine sediments along the latitudinal gradient in the East Siberian Sea, we analyzed 41 archaeal and 107 bacterial samples collected from 13 sites in the East Siberian Sea during ARA07C and ARA10C Expeditions.
