NGS sequence for RNAseq analysis for Colobanthus quitensis under the field OTC treatment

To analyze the response of plants to the rapid warming in Antarctica at the molecular level, we selected the Antarctic pearlwort (Colobanthus quitensis), a representative species inhabiting the Antarctic Peninsula. We conducted RNAseq analysis to examine gene expression during the field OTC treatment as a warming simulation process.
