NGS sequence for RNAseq analysis: Comparison of two Colobanthus quitensis populations of King George Island and Antarctic Peninsula
Two populations of Colobanthus quitensis, living in King George Island and in Lagotellerie Island of the Antarctic Peninsula, exhibited different photosynthetic responses depending on locations. NGS sequences were generated for RNAseq analysis to compare transcriptome responsible for their physiological differences.
