Phenocam Greenness Index of the Council permafrost site, Alaska from 2012 to 2017

Greenness index is produced to analyze phenological variation of the permafrost vegetation of the Council site, Alaska. A down-looking image is taken once a hour by a "phenocam" camera to capture vegetation color. R, G, B values from the image are used to calculate greenness index. The image are being taken since 2012 July and will be updated
