Phospholipid Fatty Acid(PLFA) contents of soil in Council, Alaska in USA
To analyze the effect of winter climate change manipulation experiment on soil microbial community, PLFA contents were analyzed from 33 of soil samples (6 snow fences and 3 treatments(Control, Moderate snow, High snow) in each snow fence, and 1 or 2 depths collected in Council, Alaska in 2023.
