trimMSmix: a software to debarcode MiSeq sequences
trimMSmix is a python script to trim priming regions, decode according to barcodes, and assemble forward and reverse sequences generated by MiSeq. It handles sequences saved in two files for forward and reverse sequences. Sequence files contain sequences for diverse PCR amplicons produced by diverse primers with barcode. It recognizes primer sequences first to sort different genetic loci and then barcode to sort different samples.
