Enhanced photosynthesis efficiency by PaPC gene substitution under salt stress

Measure photosynthesis efficiency after NaCl 300 mM treatment in the leaves of Nicotiana benthamiana 2 days after infiltration with empty vector (control), PaPC, AtPC1 and AtPC2 carried by Agrobacterium. PaPC transient expression lines showed enhanced photosynthesis compared to control under salt stress. (Data represent means ± SE, n = 3)
