Concentrations of atmospheric NOx: 2012 Arctic sea

Atmospheric NOx in the marine boundary layer was monitored from August 01 to September 10 by the CraNOxⅡ NOx analyzer along the cruise track of R/V Araon from Nome(Alaska) to Nome(Alaska) carrying out a series expeditions in the Arctic Ocean. Atmospheric NOx is an important molecule in the atmospheric chemical aspects, because it is involved in the tropospheric ozone chemistry. Also continuous measurements of it enable us to estimate the impacts of NOx emitted mainly by human activities on the relative unpolluted air.
