Long-term Observation of current, temperature, salinity profile using moored system in Southeast Indian Ridge (2021-2025)
In order to understand physical process of polar front heat flux of ACC at Southeast Indian Ridge, 1 moored lines aling with 5 CTD senseors, 5 current meters for the long-term observation, were deployed during 2021-22 Antarctic Cruise(ANA12A). Series of salinity-conductivity probes and acoustic doppler current sensrs were attached to moored line at five separate depth. The mooring was recovered during 2024-25 Anatarcic Cruise(ANA15B) in January, 2025, successfully. Recovered data covered approximately 3 years period(Nov. 2021 - Feb. 2025).
