Eddy covariance data of Cambridge Bay site in Canada in 2016

Turbulent fluxes of momentum, heat, water vapor, CO2 and CH4 had been measured during summertime in 2016 at Cambridge bay, Canada. Eddy covariance system, consisting of 3-D sonic anemometer, open-path CO2/H2O gas analyzer and open-path CH4 gas analyzer was used for the measurement. Data were recorded with CR3000 logger with sampling rate of 10 Hz. To monitor and understand energy/water/green-house-gas flux over permafrost region
