Phospholipid Fatty Acid(PLFA) contents of soil in Cambridge Bay, Canada
To analyze the effect of winter climate change manipulation experiment on soil microbial community, PLFA contents were analyzed from 28 of soil samples (4 snow fences and 3 treatments(Control, Moderate snow, High snow) in each snow fence, and 2 depth (organic and mineral layer each sampling points) collected Cambridge bay, Canada in 2022.
