Daily eddy-covariance data of Alaska permafrost site used for the temperature sensitivity of carbon flux analysis

The daily data are used to analyze temperature sensitivity of carbon fluxes of the ecosystem over discontinuous permafrost in Western Alaska. This data is for the paper, Ji-Yeon Lee et al 2024 Environ. Res. Commun. 6 041003, DOI 10.1088/2515-7620/ad3c17. The daily carbon fluxes (NEE, GPP, Reco) were obtained from 30-minute fluxes calculated using 10-Hz eddy-covariance data of the Council site, Alaska. The data were quality controlled, gap-filled as described in Lee et al. (2024, ERC) but global radiation screening was not applied.
