Next Generation Sequencing data for targeting bacterial 16S rRNA in Cambridge Bay in 2018
The aim of this data is to investigate the effects of warming or precipitation on the community and abundance of bacterial 16S rRNA in Cambridge Bay during the growing season. The data was collected monthly from soils between June and September 2018 and created using the Illumina Miseq platform.
