Stratospheric Polar Vortex Weakening Onset Dates in the Northern Hemisphere (wind reversal method)
This dataset was obtained during the research process of Kim and Choi (2024) and provides the onset dates of SPV weakening events, identified using the wind reversal method, which are commonly known as sudden stratospheric warming (SSW) events.
