Radiosonde data at the King Sejong Station in 2018

Upper air observation has been made once a week at 12 UTC Wednesday from March to mid-November by manual launch of radiosonde. Data consist of pressure, temperature, relative humidity, wind speed and wind direction every two-second up to normally about 20 km. From Nov 16th to end of December, the sounding was carried out 12 UTC everyday as contribution to YOPP-SH special observation. - Analysis of upper air structure over the King Sejong Station, Antarctica - Improvement of weather analysis in Antarctic regions by providing additional upper air data
