Eddy covariance data at DASAN Station in 2016

Turbulent fluxes of momentum, heat, water vapor, and CO₂ were measured in 2016 at the Arctic DASAN Station in Ny-Ålesund, Svalbard. An eddy covariance system consisting of a 3-D sonic anemometer and open-path CO₂/H₂O gas analyzers was used for the measurements. A CR1000X data logger (software version: CR1000X.Std.06.02) was used to record the raw data at a sampling rate of 10 Hz. The processed data cover the period from April 3, 2016, 22:00 UTC to November 9, 2016, 00:00 UTC and are provided at 30-minute intervals. The dataset includes three-dimensional wind components (Ux, Uy, and Uz, m s⁻¹), mean sonic temperature (Ts_mean, °C), mean CO₂ concentration (CO2_mean, mg m⁻³), mean H₂O concentration (H2O_mean, g m⁻³), mean pressure measured by the LI-7500 (P_LI75_mean, kPa), mean CO₂ concentration measured by the EC150 (CO2_mean_EC150, mg m⁻³), mean H₂O concentration measured by the EC150 (H2O_mean_EC150, g m⁻³), mean pressure measured by the EC150 (P_mean_EC150, kPa), average flow rate (flowrate_Avg, L min⁻¹), and other related variables. The measurements were conducted to monitor and understand energy, water, and greenhouse-gas fluxes at the DASAN Station.
