Archaeal and bacterial community analysis of marine sediments in the Beaufort Sea
To investigate the microbial communities of marine sediments in the Beaufort Sea, we analyzed 367 archaeal and 394 bacterial samples collected from 36 sites in the Beaufort Sea during the ARA13C Expedition.
