Carbon and nitrogen stable isotope ratios of benthic organisms in Marian Cove, Antarctica (2023-24)

To trace the carbon sources in benthic ecosystem, benthic orgnisms such as ascidians and asteroidea were collected from the vicinity of King Sejong Station (pier and Daewang Rock). The stable isotope ratios of carbon and nitrogen were determined using an isotope ratio mass spectrometer coupled with and elemental analyzer (EA-IRMS).
