CO2 auto-chamber data of Council site in 2017

CO2 fluxes at dominant vegetation types were measured using custom-made auto-chamber system during summertime in 2017 at Council site, Alaska. Auto-chamber system was consisted of a gas-analyzer (LI-840) connected with 15-chambers, which are controlled by electronic board with 225-second opening for each chamber. As a result, whole-chamber cycle is completed in a hour. CO2 data is recorded every 10-second by CR1000 logger. Also, soil temperature and moisture at 5-cm depth at each chamber were recorded at 10-min interval. To monitor and understand CO2 flux of dominant vegetation types of Alaska permafrost site.
