Biodiversity of marine algae in King George Island, Antarctica, 2012
Marine algae, total 345 specimens and DNA samples were collected in the intertidal and subtidal zones for the studies on biodiversity and changing ecosystems in King George Islands, Antarctica. The biodiversity and genetic informations in the antarctic marine algae were obtained by morphological and molecular analysis, and the phylogenetic relationships will be discussed.
