IceBiota: Amplicon sequencing data of sea ice, seawater, and platelet-ice samples collected near Jang Bogo Station (2021-2022)
To compare the community structures by monthly, yearly, and ecological niches, we collected nine samples (five sea ice, two platelet ice, and two seawater) for two years (2021.11~2022.12). We analyzed the 18S V4 region using an amplicon sequencing platform.
