Concentrations of atmospheric NOx: 2013 TNB-JBS

Atmospheric NOx in the marine boundary layer was monitored from March 01 to March 19 by the CraNOxⅡ NOx analyzer along the cruise track of R/V Araon from Terranova Bay to Jang Bogo Antarctic Research Station carrying out a series expeditions in the Antarctic Sea. Atmospheric NOx is an important molecule in the atmospheric chemical aspects, because it is involved in the tropospheric ozone chemistry. Also continuous measurements of it enable us to estimate the impacts of NOx emitted mainly by human activities on the relative unpolluted air.
