Geothermal gradient observations across the Chukchi Basin, 2024
To determine the marine heat flow distribution in the Chukchi Basin (Chukchi Abyssal Plain), we obtained in situ geothermal gradients at five stations and laboratory-measured thermal conductivities at three stations along an east–west transect across the Chukchi Abyssal Plain.
